CapEx Recruitment is working in partnership with an industry-leading supplier in the Lisburn area on the appointment of a Warehouse Supervisor.

Reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager, you will support them in the day-to-day running of the busy store, ensuring the team is prepared and motivated for the day ahead.

The company is in the process of implementing a new WMS, so you must be proficient in the use of WMS/MRP or ERP to be considered.

Key Responsibilities in your new role:

• This is a hands-on role that will include order picking, unloading deliveries, loading vehicles, etc
• Daily supervision of picking and checking to ensure customer orders are fulfilled correctly
• Monitor accuracy and organisation during intake and outload
• Managing and assigning the daily work plan
• Assist in employee training, development, and engagement
• Ensuring the company's strict Health & Safety procedures are adhered to at all times

What you will need to succeed:

• A minimum of 1 year of working in a busy warehouse at a supervisory level
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems
• Valid forklift licence
